UI Improvements: CA Bundle placeholder and Platform filter defaults

Based on feedback from the sbomscanner UI demo, the following improvements are needed for the Registry Configuration page:

1. Update CA Bundle Placeholder
2. Platform Filter Updates:

• When adding a new platform filter, pre-select linux as the default OS.
• platform filter options are displayed in lowercase
