Bug: Demo review feedback issues in Registry Detail page

1. Key value group display issue on header and count
   The gaps between header and count should be like the Rancher pages

This gap is too large

2. The Repositories should use the KeyValue component, the selected badge will be highlighted. The yaml text in the Preview component should be read-only.

3. If there are not images in the registry, the scan job will not set imagesCount and scannedImagesCount under status. It will be covered by backend in future. But UI will also cover this logic. When the status is "Complete" and the reason is "NoImagesToScan", UI will set imagesCount and scannedImagesCount under status
