Steps to reproduce

1. Installed and long time used nextcloud 16.0.7.1
2. activated app gallery
3. After clicking to the gallery-app-symbol nothing happens. In the log I see the message "Problem while reading or parsing the configuration file. Config location: /"

Expected behaviour

I should see the gallery

nothing happens
