WMS support: use not only name but title of the layer too

Currently if layers contain titles, but not names of the layers, if will not open.

We should accept both. Leaflet shows titles just fine too.

if you use title: bass_wgs_geo_a_vw instead of name: workspace:bass_wgs_geo_a_vw the WMS won't get added.
