Rename repository

This "code" repository has a very general name that could be confusing as we add further NeXus related code repositories. Perhaps a name like "NAPI" would be more suitable. The [Github documentation](https://docs.github.com/en/repositories/creating-and-managing-repositories/renaming-a-repository) indicates that all links would be redirected so as to not break anything.
