Give user more control over abundance when simulating amplicon reads

### Description of feature

One possible solution is biogrinder (https://github.com/zyxue/biogrinder/blob/master/README) which supports amplicon read simulation and gives more control over abundance than ART. There's no conda package that I could find, so I don't think it should replace ART, but it could at least be an alternative option.
