Updating issues upon comment location change in code.

It would be nice if watson would notice if the line where a comment resides has changed, and upon realizing it has changed update the issues accompanying code snippet.

Since the snippet is the line the comment is on + the few below them, you might end up pasting the comment inside a function and not getting the function name in the context of the paste for example.

It's a minor thing, mostly an enhancement.
