• 1 duplicated question with stalagmite section with first prac "Do the properties of each variable seem reasonable?" -> remove
• data/staligmites/refs/Baker et al 2021 Reviews of Geophysics.pdf the refs/ folder should live outside of data for better proj management practices
• Reproducing the figures in a scientific paper is a cool idea, but maybe we can embed the images into qmd or Moodle, the order going from Fig 5, 3, 10, 2 is throwing me off
  • arguably Fig 6 ( geom point and line) and Fig 6 (boxplot and density plot) are also good examples for students, rather than 2 examples of line plots (fig 3 and 10)
• more focus on interpreting the figures
• I like the leaflet example as a "Hey this is a cool thing you can do in R" but may need more walking through the code which may be out of scope for this prac?
