Archive website and repo

Hi! after 12 years with no new posts, might be time for us to take website down. WDYT @richfitz ?

I would be beyond surprised if the 12 year old setup could run on ruby/jekyll given how hard it was to set up the first time! Certainly fine to archive the repo, but not sure if we should actually take the website offline if it is getting any hits (is it?). But no objections either
