Make sure that mne_bids_pipeline doesn't use Freesurfer 7.2

Freesurfer 7.2 throws -subjid not set.  Online it seems that this code is in flux.  It works fine on FS 7.1.1 and below.  (not sure about 6.0).

for the Lua file - check for ! FS7.2
and/or
in pipeline-run.py call maksure that mkheadsurf is on path
