So the Switch has this annoying 2GB cap on how much space any single game can take up. Even if there's plenty more space available, or you have a massive SD card attached, no single game can use more than 2GB of space unless the game developers apply for a special exemption. One game developer, that a few of you more esoterically knowledgeable might know of, who hasn't applied for this exception—when they really, REALLY, should know better—is Mojang. I don't know about you guys, but I really don't like deleting a Minecraft world I've put hours and hours into because it got too big to be playable any more, especially for such a stupid reason. I could yell and plead and beg Mojang to please, pretty please, fix their switch license to make the game playable for more than a week or two before needing to reset it, but if they haven't changed things by now, I don't think they're at all interested in doing so in the future. Besides, I'd like to solve this issue myself once and for all for all of my games and not just one of them.
However, after much googling on the internet, I can not find out if it is possible to remove the 2GB game file limit by Jailbreaking the Switch, so I thought I'd come here and ask. Can I do this, and if so, how?!? I.E. will any method work, or do I need to do something specific?!?
