Docker instructions are wrong (Docker Images not updated to latest LTS 22.14.0)

How to reproduce the issue:

1. Choose Docker as install method
2. Use docker pull node:22-alpine
3. run node -v
4. shows 22.13.1 as version instead of 22.14.0

https://hub.docker.com/_/node/tags?name=22.14 returns no result. Likely the docker images have not been pushed.

There were delays in the Alpine builds, but that release has landed in the docker hub repo docker-library/official-images#18448 and will appear on the hub once they are finished building on their infrastructure
