Node 22 with arm64-musl

As arm64-musl support has been merged, could we have an build of latest Node 22 with that target? So we can install latest 22 and latest 24 from same source.

There were unfortunately no Node 22 release since the new target got merged

Queued up and it's building now (I don't plan to actively follow it's progress to check that it worked, or deal with any fall out ... But hopefully it will just work and publish in a couple of hours or so when it completes :-)
