I would like to suggest few features:

1. auto-color for BIN, instead of manually choosing every BIN/Color
2. selection of a specific test, and then instead of BIN, to show the actual values on the wafer

1. if you have hundreds of bins and don't want to select color manually, I suggest to modify the config file (it's located beside the app) in which it contains color for all sites and bins, you can use script language (like python) to generate random colors for all bins.
2. this is a hard task, I need to think it through before making any promises.
