Write STDF file?

Firstly thanks for creating and open sourcing this library. It helps me to roll my own STDF viewer and utilities in Rust at my workplace. If I am reading the doc correctly, this crate cannot write records to STDF file, right? If so, the only library that I've found to be able to write STDF file is https://github.com/Semi-ATE/STDF, however it's python and is super slow. I wonder if it's possible to have the feature in this crate?

I meet the same problem @iynehz https://github.com/Semi-ATE/STDF is quite slow(through speed isn't its goal)

This library is a sub-component of my viewer project, so I only implemented the read_from_bytes method for all record types:

Adding another function to dump records back to &[u8] is possible, since it is the reverse operation, but I have a full-time job and don't have bandwidth for such task currently.

If anyone is willingly to create a PR, I would be much appreciated.
