Ability to control source filters

It would be very convenient to have the ability to control source filters.

For audio filters, it could be accessed by EQ, then you select which filter with the vpot on channel 1 and finally select which track with the SELECT button on one of the tracks. Options for that filter would appear from channel 2-8. If it exceeds 7 channels, then the channel 8 could be a SCROLL NEXT button. This would make channel 2 a SCROLL PREVIOUS button. vpots of each channel strip would control the value of that option.

For audio VST2 filters it would be a nice addition to have them in PLUG-IN instead of EQ.

As said in a different issue, getting the filter configuration and parameters isn't fully possible through websockets but I'll keep this issue for when its possible.
