Update deploy values file & test deploy #72

Related EPIC Ticket Ref: #70
- update production deployment file
- update env variables in github for production environment
- test deploy to r2-besties cluster to production (with notch8.cloud dns)
make sure to include the: KUBECONFIG_FILE: https://start.1password.com/open/i?a=LTLZ652TT5H5FHMYMASSH7PIXM&v=yzbdi74r4kytavonu7pq4323aa&i=tt6cfly6mvathejf6q2lmzhk3u&h=scientist.1password.com
Acceptance criteria:
- deploy to prod with notch8.cloud dns works
