Adding support for MS Teams for receiving alerts

This is not an issue, just a request to add support for MS Teams in terms of notifications... If possible. Thanks for the tool its really good.

@tempusthales Thanks for the feedback 🙏 Currently I don't have access to MS Teams so I won't be able add Teams, however I should share our Slack Template.

I'll work on that.
