Table view: Possibly change autoResetPageIndex in TableView from false to true #943
Description
It might be more intuitive for the user if they are brought back to the first page of a table after changing a filter or sorting etc. This can be done be changing the autoResetPageIndex to true in the TableView component (but might also break something in the Locality-Species table since it uses server-side pagination).
