Blank labels on email

I'm running this on Revo 2.2.9, on an uncached page using a template variable with the input and output of Formz. When I get emails or check the DB, it just shows the values of the form fields and not the labels.

I am no longer maintaining Formz, you should now open issues on https://github.com/Adido/formz repo instead, from here on they will take over maintenance of formz.
