Email bugs to fix please #56
Description
Hi I have used Formz for some time but there are still some urgent bugs to please fix.
I can't set any custom email hooks via the Formz Builder. I have three main issues:
--
- Currently when a form comes through on email and I click reply it won't reply to the sender but instead wants to just reply to the website email address or from address.
I tried to set this in the Extra tab by adding "email" to hooks and then "&emailReplyTo=[[+field2]]" in the properties box.
this does then work, but it messes up the email template form and all the fields now just say:
field1: my name
field2: info@myemail.com
field3: Test another
field4: 07
field5: 45
submit1: Submit
If i remove email from the hook box the email template looks good again but the reply to sender (or field2 email address) no longer works again. So I can't click reply to reply to the person who sent the message...

- My second issue is also related to trying to add email hooks. I'm trying to change the email Subject, as the default "Website Contact Form on 2018-09-11" does not tell me which website the message has come from...
I can add email as a hook and put &emailSubject=Email enquiry from mysite in the Properties box which does work and set the subject, but again it breaks the message template and it just says field1, field2 etc as issue 1 too.
How can I customise and add email hooks so I can reply to the sender and change the subject. Even if I add these in the formTpl chunk manually to the FormIt call it still breaks...

- My third issue is a feature request to please have the option to "email only" rather than save enquiries in the database. As sites get a lot of enquiries and spam too the database is getting bigger and bigger. We don't need to store enquiries but rather just need to reply to them on email so it would be a big help if they could "just email" without saving all the messages...
Thanks for any help please with these problems.
