Profile->Groups: from Group Hierarchy provide direct links to the groups/sub-groups on the Groups card below #1306
Description
To improve UX, it would be good for all the elements in the Group Hierarchy tree to point to the corresponding sections in the Groups card.
Also, on Group Hierarchy it's not immediately clear that some groups have sub-groups and so they can be expanded. Eg. we could provide the following to indicate "dropdown".
