broken link to module on detailed page of deployment

The details page automatically generates links to href sub-fields. However, in the case of the deployment, module/href is a special field that encodes in the string the version of the module that the deployment is using "module/7dfcff57-ff23-41c0-90d6-455c20f577e0_3" (which in itself, is not the best approach IMO; using a separate module-version field would be better).

So, in the end, the link points to https://nuvla.io/ui/api/module/7dfcff57-ff23-41c0-90d6-455c20f577e0_3 which doesn't exist.
