Lighting does not turn on after waking PC

Describe the bug:

Whenever I put my computer to sleep the 'Panel Pro' turns off as expected; however, whenever I wake the computer the software does not restore lighting. The board functions and controls volume, but the lighting remains off.

Steps to reproduce:

Put computer into sleep mode. Turn computer back on.

Expected behavior:

Expected lighting to turn back on.

Additional context:

Windows 11. Newest release available as of 09/16/2025

It looks like the project apparently is no longer being developed. Therefore, I have now created PCPanel Enhanced and am currently going through the issues and fixing the errors in my project. Does the error still occur? Because it works for me under the same conditions.

One of the points of open source is that people can contribute. Nobody ever did, so features that I don't use or bugs that I don't encounter won't be fixed. Those are all the currently open bugs.
This project IS actively maintained. It's just 'Done' since it works perfectly fine for me.

You are absolutely free to create a fork and even advertising it. But I feel like you are going about it a bit weird. You could have contributed to this project instead of competing against it. Claiming that a project is dead after taking no effort in contacting the owner is strange to me.

I still get notifications about messages here, this message adds nothing of value at all to this conversation. Don't post messages that do nothing but advertise (advertising your gg functionality in that topic bothers me way less, that actually helps someone).

In any case, happy that someone seems to want to actively contribute in some form, if you still 'actively developing' in a while I might contact you about redirecting this project to yours.

Edit: Also, if you want to advertise. Focus on fixing the building workflow, the current error seems to indicate that it might be as easy as increasing a version number.
The majority of users downloads the msi installer. I even expect that the jar downloads are Linux users and/or Windows users that download the wrong version.

Hey, it was never my intention to compete with the project. The project just looked inactive to me since no updates had come for about a year. I would otherwise just submit my changes as a PR and delete my repo.

Hey @nvdweem , thanks for your feedback and sorry if it came across the wrong way. It was never my intention to compete with the project or portray it as "dead." It just gave the impression to me because there hadn't been any releases/updates for a long time and some issues that affected me were still open.

I've submitted my changes as a PR, so everything can go directly into this repo. If you review and accept the PR, that would be great.
My main concern is that the fixes and improvements reach the users.
