Morph into nyom-framework

All components of the framework should be in one repo.

• Renome to nyomio-framework
• Move ng-components into the framewrok
• Get rid of top level gradle, auth microservice and dbutils should use their own gradlew
• Create demo folder
• Add with deploy scripts and readme to demo on how to run the full framework demo
• Rename parts
  • dbutils -> commons
  • auth -> auth-microservice
  • nyom-app -> nyomio-framework-demo-ui inside demo folder
  • datatypes -> generator-from-proto
• Convert all kubernetes yaml to helm chart
• Move user/organization related code to auth-microservice, delete admin
• Create CI folder for build.sh, release.sh and deploy.sh
