Info not working

Running Shadowoui, the "info" postprocessor does not show the top view and side view anymore.
In the output, the error is "Failed to append: object not understood: <class 'Shadow.ShadowLibExtensions.Source'>. "
Please help me out.

Could you provide more details of the platform? Have to updated to the last available version? Could you upload the workspace to check it here?

Sorry for late reply. In Shadow PostProcessor-Info gadget can be used to get the plot of the optical systems: Sys Plot(Side view) or Sys Plot(Top View)
When I connect the Info with the optical elements, the Sys Info, OE Info, Source Info, Distance Summary all shows information. But the two views are blank.
I tested on the tutorial workspaces.
