click on "login" button but nothing happens

I've deployed the okta self host to vm and has a LB with legit SSL cert.
The Okta app config is up to date with my domain name.

Except when I click on login, nothing really happens. Any pointer?

Also, when I tried to bind all IPs with --host 0.0.0.0 it still only binds to localhost and the port became 4173 and not 8080.

If I can get past these blockers the sample app is golden. Looking for help
