Remove the test ssh keys #5
Description
An ssh host key is necessary to start srcd. For the first iteration, I just commited a freshly generated key to the repo. This was to make it easier to run the tests. Now the test suite generates its own keys, so there is less and less reason to have it remain. I would probably like or srcd to generate its own keys if they are missing though, to simplify the set up experience. If I can't be bothered to do that, at least replace the keys with instructions in the README before the MVP release.
