Rendering settings and OMERO metadata as part of RFC-8?

I am organizing tickets around and I see I few things related to the rendering settings, including:

• Metadata for color and contrast limits #23
• LUT specification #36
• Rendering settings specification #78

all opened in 2021

and

• Collections Specification #31

Which also touches rendering metadata. @tischi mentioned some of the things are covered by the collections modelling

I am wondering which of these tickets are planned to be covered in RFC-8 and which may not. Would @normanrz have thoughts there?

Thanks! Our goal with RFC-8 is to provide a mechanism for attaching metadata to collections of images (e.g. scenes). That means, we want to provice a place ("attributes") and naming scheme for defining these.
Rendering settings and metadata are a very important categories of collection-level metadata. However, we don't plan to standardize the actual content or schema of such metadata in RFC-8. I think that is work for a future RFC.
