I'm visualizing the X most popular subject headings across the collection over time (though I don't have a lot of correctly-formatted dates). I'm wondering if we can improve this similar to how the arc diagrams work.

The popup box when you hover over a date bucket doesn't stay - maybe it could when you click? And unpin when you click again?
If so, can the values with results link to a search subset of the value + date bucket combo?

Can the values in the box reorder from most to least frequent, rather than appearing in the original provided order? This would bring its colours in line with the diagram.

The hover sensitivity seems a bit off to me. If you hover on this:

I'm using 10-year buckets and it seems like the "1800" bucket extends backwards to 1791, but not up to 1809? I would assume if it says "1800" in the box that would mean 1800-1809, rather than "the 10 year bucket ending in 1800". Also, with that alignment, the popup box ends up sitting over the relevant part of the graph.

On the admin side, can we offer more flexibility in the date ISO fields? It's annoying to have to supply "-01-01T00:00:00" when it seems superfluous.
