- review and merge of Add citizenlab url management with porcelain backend#1057 or Add citizenlab url management backend#1050
- deploy to dev
- /_/url-submission/test-list/{country_code}
- /_/url-priorities/list
- /_/url-priorities/update
- /url-submission/submit
- /url-submission/update-url
- verify github PR are created correctly, e.g. use the tests that run against github
- update Add ooniapi citizenlab service to prod #296 terraform rules
- resolve issue citizenlab disk persistence backend#1061 (what to do with user submitted data)
