Bad text input stuttering with Choicy 1.5.3-2

iPhone 8, iOS 16.6. After upgrading Choicy to 1.5.3-2 from 1.5.2-2, I've noticed that applications for which I've enabled Choicy have a very noticeable input lag and stuttering when typing text. For example, enabling Choicy for Whatsapp makes writing text messages quite hard - letters appear 1-2 seconds after typing them and input sometimes isn't applied for several seconds.

Downgrading back to Choicy 1.5.2-2 or disabling Choicy fixes the issue. I've performed several tests and this behavior is reproducible: upgrading to 1.5.3-2 causes the issue to appear and downgrading to 1.5.2-2 fixes it.

What do you mean "Enabled Choicy"? What do you enable for these apps?

There are basically zero changes between these two versions that could have any impact on this, really strange :/

By "enabling Choicy" I meant (for example) enabling "Disable Tweak Injection" in Choicy > Applications > Whatsapp.

If I keep "Disable Tweak Injection" active with Choicy 1.5.3-2, text input is laggy - text appears a few seconds after I type it in the on screen keyboard and in general input suffers from stuttering.

Disabling "Disable Tweak Injection" or downgrading to Choicy 1.5.2-2 fixes the issue. I've performed several tests and both the issue and the above methods to fix it are reproducible.

I'm using Dopamine 2.0.11.

It is completely impossible for the "Disable Tweak Injection" option on apps to cause an issue like this. All it does is disable tweaks, in fact not even Choicy itself will inject into the app anymore.

Also, you should update Dopamine, but that's unrelated to this issue.
