Use new API endpoint to update language #1484
Description
opalmedapps/opal-admin#1888 will add an API endpoint to change the user's language. Use that endpoint instead of the legacy one.
To consider: Do we also update the legacy backend? I don't see any need in doing so, but if not, we would need to remove the language from the deviation check.
