Feedback email SMTP setup is missing username and password

The SMTP/email setup used for sending feedback emails is missing username and password to properly authenticate to an SMTP server.

At the same time, we might want to consider moving this functionality to admin since it has a way to send emails out already and we can easily translate texts there.
