Malfunction of the TS (PDP/VAX TS-11 tape drive) CAPACITY & DEBUG settings #518
Description
- SET TS CAPACITY
When trying to:
sim> SET TS CAPACITY=5
I get:
Invalid argument
and the other way round:
sim> SHOW TS CAPACITY
yields:
%SIM-ERROR: TS device: Non-existent parameter: CAPACITY
- SET TS DEBUG=POS
The setting:
SET TS DEBUG=POS
is accepted by simh, but no positioning information is logged when reading or writing from/to the TS11 tape drive.
A look at pdp11_ts.c reveals, that from the specified 5 debug modes.

{"POS", DBG_POS, "display position activities"},
{"DATA", DBG_DAT, "display transfer data"},
only DBG_REQ is implemented.
These malfunctions were found using:
