Build Broken for all simulators that use sim_ether #520
Description
Although the many changes in #453 fixed nothing that was actually broken, the results, which like other proposed changes from this 'contributor' raised the C language codebase.
The current code such that the simulators with Ethernet devices (all the ones affected by this PR) no longer build with the Visual Studio Projects.
