Website still says release 3.1 is new #739

Problem description
On https://opensuse.github.io/daps/ there is a "box" announcing "New DAPS 3.1"
While DAPS 3.1 was new at one time there is a newer version, and even the newer version was released 3 years ago.
Expected behavior
The box should not announce a 3-year old release as new.
It could say "New version out now!" for a few weeks or even months after a new version has been released, but generally doesn't have to announce anyting other than "Get DAPS here" or something along those lines.
I'll leave it to whoever looks into this to find a suitable text that doesn't make the website appear unmaintained (like the websites telling you to check back often for the latest news and the latest news are from 2007).
