Make highlighting of active and selected annotations more prominent

With the new coloring of the hover-over effect, the selected and active annotations, it got much harder to recognize which annotations are active or selected. Therefore, I would suggest to rethink the chosen coloring scheme.

New (left):

• Selected annotations: orange-colored 'inside shadow'
• active annotations: light-blue 'outside shadow'
• hover-over: slightly darker grey

Before (right):

• Selected annotations: diagonal stripes in the color of the annotation
• active annotations: red 'inside shadow'
• hover-over: slightly lighter diagonal stripes
