Cardinality property of Single attributes

We have found several places where a P_BMM_SINGLE_PROPERTY had a "cardinality" property defined. A single attribute should not have a cardinality assigned.

These should actually have been P_BMM_CONTAINER_PROPERTY's.
Am now fixing the BMM generation and checking the result with Thomas.
