Okta integration with OpenCloud using Helm + CD pipeline to deploy OpenCloud

Thought I'd share - got Okta IDP fully working with OpenCloud using an integration okta instance (aka the free ones that let you test app integrations).

• Setup group that MATCHES opencloud admin role scopes - e.g. opencloudAdmin
• Assign users to that group
• Setup an Okta SPA app
• Modify the API server scopes to have gropus & roles. ALSO make sure those are allowed, and map to groups.
  Repo with config and helm and rendered helm and information including a simple spinnaker pipeline that bakes/deploys this to a namespace.

  I plan to try to get some of the okta configuration into terraform or a more... automatic/documented process.
