Missing spellcheck languages #2082

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
As a writer of Canadian English, I want to be able to select Canadian English in the spelling language selector in collabora. Currently only showing British and American.
Describe the solution you'd like
en-ca included in the language list, along with a way to set it as the default within the ui.
Describe alternatives you've considered
Moving to the US or UK (too expensive, politically fraught)
Additional context
If there's documentation related to this, I can't find it.
