Specifying resource kind and label does not work

If both kind and label is specified (e.g. `ConfigMap` and `app=foo`) then Tailor reports 0 resources in the OCP cluster even if a qualifying resource exists.

FYI @henrjk I think you had issues with this one recently? I can reproduce this now.
