@src aliases not working in production

Description

Apps with @src aliases fail the build (Typescript can't resolve the aliases) when built as part of a site. Investigate and fix.

The webpack plugin route is not going to work. The only sane alternative to relative paths is to compile the Typescript before publishing, then use tsc-alias to resolve aliases in the compiled files accordingly:
