Description
Document that the permissions will be temporarily implemented directly into openedx-authz
Document tech debt: permissions will need to be externalized to edx-platform (or the corresponding module) once the arch is in place for it.
Document Feature flag for enabling authz for course authoring, that it will need to be deprecated after 2 releases.
Document about migration process for Course Authoring: How it will be used as a transition point between the old system and openedx-authz, bidirectional, not automatic, needs to be triggered.
