Database creation #380

Hi, all
I am working on a project which requires a new database creation for italian cities. Is there possible? At the time of writing I have been able to instatiate a new database but with empty schema, then I would like to know how each schema must be set up, if specific columns in tables are required (and then with specific names or lables), if specific info are required to allow for ding0 proper working at the following step over the created database, or anything else it would be helpful.
