Currently, http://openprocurement.org/ is a 302 redirect to http://openprocurement.github.io/openprocurement/

There is a better way. See http://e-gov.com.ua/ (https://github.com/Maidan-hackaton/maidan-hackaton.github.io) as an example. To do that you'll need:

• Rename openprocurement to openprocurement.github.io
• Use master branch instead of gh-pages
• Place CNAME file to the repository root
• Follow these instructions to configure A DNS record: https://help.github.com/articles/tips-for-configuring-an-a-record-with-your-dns-provider/

After these steps, http://openprocurement.org/ will lead directly to the GitHub page without redirect.
