Is there an easy way to import products

Please somebody can help with some information for import products.

How i can link in xml PRD to PRDLANG for new products, because i dont have item id and parentitemid.

You link those record types together when you generate your import using your own item ids. Since you're creating the product import you'll be generating the id's and thus you'll know your parent/child relationships. The imported products should have the productref field populated with the value that matches any items already in the store. This will allow you to "update" items but if it's not in the store then it will create a new item for you.
