v4 assembly - no step found for mounting nozzle holder

While assembling my v4 kit I reached the end of assembly and had not yet mounted the nozzle tip holder. The first reference to this is in the MM/pixel calibration step for OpenPnP which shows it as mounted. 

Can you add that step to the assembly guide?
