• Use server side datatables for performance

  Many servers have lots of records, and loading them all at once is not ideal. We can use server-side datatables to increase performance. This may require upgrading the Laravel version in order to support more current versions of [yajra/laravel-datatables](https://github.com/yajra/laravel-datatables)

• Fully support Ban Manager v5

  Ban Manager v5 added several new tables that are not supported in the current version - [ ] IP Bans `bm_ip_bans` and `bm_ip_ban_records` - [ ] IP Range Bans `bm_ip_range_bans` and `bm_ip_range_ban_records` - [ ] Player Reports `bm_player_reports` (unsure if this is fully implemented in ban manager or not)
