To keep development focused and also increase testing speed, let's remove all data sources except ClickHouse and PostgreSQL.
We still want to have an ability to extend data sources types, but that would be second priority.
Why ClickHouse?
It's the main data destination for ingested streams, the core component of Dingolytics stack.
Why PostgreSQL?
To enable self-analysis capabilities. It's the main database for the Dingolytics back-end.
